Veränderungen
Mein letzter Post ist schon lange her. In meinem Leben hat es verschiedene Veränderungen gegeben, die sehr tief gehen. Einige davon möchte ich hier kurz erwähnen.
Als erstes ist Yerpun Solar in der Schweiz. Der “Gestalter, Künstler, Schamane, Meister und Lehrling der heiligen Pflanzen und des Lebens, Sucher der spirituellen Weisheit der Existenz und ihren Kräften”, ist für mich eine wahre Inspiration und ich habe das Glück, sehr nahe mit ihm zu arbeiten, was mich stärkt, reinigt und in meinen Zielen festigt. Es ist mir eine wahre Freude, Teil des Kreises - “Circulo Sagrado” zu sein. Die Schwitzhütten-Zeremonie ist eine sehr intensive Erfahrung, nach der man sich wie neugeboren fühlt. Bei mir hat bis jetz jede Schwitzhütte starke Einflüsse in meinen Alltag mit sich gebracht und Veränderungprozesse gestartet, die schon lange anstanden. Aus diesem Grund einen riesen Dank an Yerpun und seinem Kreis (Ruth, Simone, Aguila Azul, Clive, Favia, Sabine, Iris und allen die bereits dabei waren). Ich habe jetzt auch mit der Yogalehrer Ausbildung im Kundalini Yoga nach Yogi Bhajan begonnen. Die Ausbildung bringt starke Veränderungen im Alltag mit sich (jeden morgen eiskalt duschen zum Beispiel).
Ich überlege mir zurzeit, ein Blog über die Ausbildung zu schreiben und wenn die Zeit reicht, werde ich das sicher tun. Ich nutze gleich die Gelegenheit um mich bei meinem wunderbarem Yoga Lehrer, Michael Sutter (www.kundaliniyoga-zh.ch) - ohne ihn wäre das nie passiert - und Lucia Graf (www.3ho.ch), der Leiterin der Lehrerausbildung, dafür dass sie mich wärmstens in die Gruppe aufgenommen hat, herzlichst danken.
